This is a fifteen track album called mixed messages. I found this music enjoyable.
This group is like many other groups I have heard that varies in style. It has Hip Hop like
lyrics and guitar riffs. I enjoy the reggae influenced tracks a little more. I find this
group has a very original style. The complexities of the lyrics are great. They are much
better than other groups or bands I've heard which include guitar.
I especially like the intro and first track to the album. It includes a harmonica at the
beginning of the songs which makes it more interesting. The guitar in the first track is
heavy. Along with folding lyrics that fit together nearly perfect.
The group is different from any other style I’ve heard before. It has guitar riffs and
jams along with hip hop lyrics. Much of it is more on the hip hop side of music. While
other tracks coincide with bands like Limp Bizkit, I found this group to be very original.
Some tracks have a little coarse language so I wouldn't suggest for children. They say
some dirty stuff about women in a few tracks. For example the track Girl Watcher starts
out with a heavy guitar lead and starts talking about lesbians.
A few tracks near the end are a lot more chilled out and bring out a bit more of that reggae
vibe.
I found the remastering to the album is great. Everything seems to be properly laid out and
sounds decent.
